Leah’s Lavender Gardens (LLG) uses USPS shipping anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Regular shipping fees are $8, and orders over $50 ship for free. USPS services used will be the most cost efficient of First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Parcel Select.

Orders are processed daily in the order they are received, and will be shipped out within two business days. Shipments will not go out on postal holidays. Shipping times will vary depending on destination, but usually can be expected in 2-7 days.

Leah’s Lavender Gardens is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in the mail. Packages lost in shipping must be reported to USPS through their missing mail protocol. If the package tracking information shows the package was delivered but it is no longer at your door, it may have been stolen and must be reported to the police.

LLG is not responsible for products that are damaged during shipping. If your product arrives in a damaged condition, please contact LLG within 7 days of receipt to report the damage. Replacement or refund of damaged goods will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
